Service

Fleet Service Tech - Southern California - July 2008

Yamaha, a leading manufacturer of golf cars located in Newnan, Georgia currently has an opening for a Fleet Service Technician supporting our Southern California Territory ( South of Bakersfield) The Technician will service golf car fleet vehicles and occasionally commercial account vehicles in their local territory. Additionally, the Technician must maintain physical inventory of parts and accessories.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and warranty repairs in the Automotive, Motorcycle or other Power Equipment fields.
  • Ability to operate a service van
  • Customer Service Experience
  • The ability to travel 100% in the service area including overnight stays and occasional weekends
  • The ability to visit the Newnan, Georgia factory at least two weeks out of the year
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude
  • Professional Attitude
