Yamaha-Built Motor Control Unit

If we're going to be the only manufacturer building our own motor control unit, then we figured we might as well make ours the most advanced in the industry. It communicates with the battery charger—also Yamaha built—and with the Yamaha Genius2™ diagnostic and programming system. Its roll away protection feature slows it down and lets you know if the brake isn't properly engaged, it ensures smooth starts to avoid turf damage, and its solid state electronics include a microprocessor with high-efficiency switching. Golf cars don't come any smarter.

Yamaha-Built Battery Charger

We're the only that designs and builds our own charger. Weighing in at just over 10 lbs., it's compact and light, uses less power out of the wall, and doesn't hum. It's solid state Field Effect Transistor (FET) design is completely electronic, not transformer-based like traditional chargers. It communicates and stores charging information with The Drive® motor control unit, and it won't overcharge.

HybriCore™ Chassis

How do you make a chassis nearly 20% lighter and 2.5 times stronger? We mated an automotive, ladder-style, 100% robotically welded steel frame, protected by an 18-step paint process, to a polypropylene structural floor. It's unique design provides added strength and protects the batteries and electrical connections.

Maintenance-Free Rack-and-Pinion Steering

Steering this nimble and responsive was once found only on high-performance sports cars. Our version is permanently greased with sealed bearings and is virtually maintenance free.

Bumper

The extra thick 5 mph-rated bumper is designed to protect the body and frame, releasing air upon impact. A textured surface minimizes scratches and scuffs, and if you need to replace it, two bolts does the job.

Heavy Duty Suspension

We use an automotive-style, coil-over-shock strut suspension that minimizes roll and delivers a smooth, comfortable ride. And yet it delivers extra heavy-duty performance, front and rear.

2" Receiver

Designed to be as versatile as you are, the standard 2" receiver accommodates a wide variety of pull-behind accessories.

Horn

The conveniently located horn is located close to the accelerator and brake pedals. A quick turn of the ankle lets them know you're coming.

Tires & Rims

Four-ply, 18 x 8.5 x 8 tires are designed to minimize turf compaction and are mounted on durable powder-coated rims color-matched to the seat.

One-Piece Fender Well with Integrated Splash Guard

Inner fenders and splash guards are made of one-piece seamless plastic and are designed to keep mechanical parts and cargo dry and clean.

Removable Floorboard Access Panel

Forget the floor jack for inspecting the brake and accelerator pedals. This access panel makes it easy. Integrated brushes prevent debris and foreign objects from entering.

Greaseless Chassis

Sealed bearings, automotive grade tie-rods and permanently lubricated steering components that never need greasing save you time and money. That's smart design.

Headlights & Tail Lights

What if the sun goes down before the work is done? No worries. The Adventurer One comes standard with sealed halogen headlights and tail lights to help you find your way back to the cart barn.

Utility Dump Bed

With a 7.8 cubic foot, 300 lb. payload capacity, pneumatic-assist tilting, fold & lock tailgate and roto-molded linear polyethylene construction, this is where the hard work gets done.

Durable, Flexible Body Panels

Did we mention this vehicle isn't afraid of work? Its body is made of custom-formulated thermoplastic olefin and the front is painted with a two-part, color-matched topcoat of high-luster, automotive grade polyurethane. It's as tough as it is beautiful. And since it's color matched, scratches are less noticeable.

Durable, Easy-To-Clean One-Piece Floor Mat

The point was to make it easy to clean. So we made it one piece, covering the floorboard and footrest area. We made it from rubber to provide cushioned comfort for the occupants.

Easy-Grip Steering Wheel

It's thick, contoured, and textured for easy gripping. It's integrated notepad and pencil holder provides the perfect place to put your daily to-do list.
